Deerhaven - Bend/Sisters area Directions
Sweat lodges will be held at Deer Haven; outside of Terrebonne 10 miles.
We start the fire at 9am. Please join us for preparations.
11:00am-1:00pm; potluck to follow.
Classes will begin again in June, however would like to change them to Monday nites They will be held at Deer Haven.

What to bring/wear to lodge:
* Potluck item (we always feast after praying and purifying)
* Women wear long dresses or skirts w/cap sleeve t-shirt (100% cotton
recommended). This is a modest tradition, please be mindful: no
tank tops, sleeveless tops or see-thru clothing
* We honor women on their moon and ask them to relax at home &
nurture themselves
* Men wear long shorts in lodge
* Bring change of clothes
* Towel and water bottle
* No metal - please remove all jewelry: rings, watches, glasses,
etc.

Song Circle Classes:
We are opening up a community song circle taught by Little Buffalo. If you are interested in attending these, please let us know your schedule and what days of the week and times work best for you. We will take all of this into account when we plan for classes. Please note that we will be planning them one at a time and a flexible manner. The first class will be on Friday, May 7th. The time is not set in stone yet. Please RSVP for song classes and we will let you know the location and the time.
